	Wednesdays July 7, 14, 21, 28 - MEDITATION CLASSES for children ages 4 to 9 with Michaela Turner. Older and Younger Siblings Welcome! > In this series: My Spaceship, Creating a Power Shield, An Undersea Adventure, Time Travel. These meditation classes begin with fast paced YogaKids Poses to Children's Classic Songs. After the children are relaxed, emphasis is placed on "resting and meditation" time. Each week the children are introduced to different visualizations with a focus on the breath. After the meditation is complete, the children integrate their experiences through art. 7-8 pm.
